Work it!!
Here is a great little workout challenge for you his week. Complete this at least once and get your bonus points for the week. I encourage you to do it again a few days later and try to improve the amount of time it takes you to get through all of the moves. Have fun!
The goal is to get through this as fast as you can with no or very little breaks. Modify any moves that you need to on order to accommodate knee, hip, or other issues. Just push yourself and do what you can! It is meant to be hard....do it as quickly as you can with GOOD FORM, and without injuries!
Warmup first to avoid injury:
30 jumping jacks
30 high knees (15 each leg, alternating)
10 squats (get DOWN!)
10 push ups (toes or knees - elbows to 90 degrees)
7 burpees or squat thrusts (google the move if you are unsure)
20 walking lunges (10 each side)
20 squats
15 push-ups
10 star bursts (get low then jump as high as you can while spreading your limbs out and up, like a big star. Bring limbs back in as you land softly back into a low crouching position, jumping back only the second rep....fluid movements one after the other)
30 walking lunges (15 each side)
30 squats
20 push-ups
30 mountain climbers. (15 each leg. Google the move).
10 lunges (5 each side)
10 squats
5 push-ups
25 crunches
DONE!!
Record that you've completed in the comments here. If you want, include the number of minutes it took you to complete it ( a little competition is a good thing!)

Catch up!!!
Hello!!! It's been so long! This might be is the most unorganized I've been for one of these challenges, and I cannot apologize enough.
As my extremely brief post from this weekend mentioned, there were no bonus points for weeks 6 and 7. Some of you went ahead and just tracked the points on an older form, and got them into me already. I really appreciate that, and apologize for the confusion!
For those of you that have not submitted your points and want the correct forms, I am posting actual forms for week 6 and week 7 for you so that you can get those into me that way.
I am also posting the forms for week 8 and week 9, the final two weeks of our challenge. I know we are already a few days into week 8, but I am putting some bonus points on there anyway. I will do a subsequent post to talk about that in more detail. Week 8 contains bonus points related to a specific workout challenge. That will be posted this evening to give you plenty of time to get that in before the end of the week.
Some of you have asked that I provide the forms in Microsoft Word so you can edit. I believe I've fixed the issue. To download in MS Word and edit electronically, open the link which will open a Google Docs window. Select "File," and then "Download As," and select "Microsoft document.
Please make note of the following deadlines.

Please make note of the following deadlines.
- Some teams are quite a bit behind on their points. Because I have not been the most organized facilitator, I cannot ask everyone else to be! SOoooo...you have until this weekend to get everything through week 5 to me and still receive credit.
- For those groups that are only behind 2 weeks due to my tardiness at getting the forms to you, you have until Sunday evening to get me weeks 6, 7, and 8 and receive the point credits.
- Because we are nearing the end, I am committing to staying on top of this, but will be asking the same from you! If you do not have your points in on time for the last two weeks of this challenge, you will not receive credit.
